In order to effectively manage and maintain your website, we may require delegate access to your hosting environment. This allows us to connect our software and efficiently carry out necessary updates, optimizations, and security measures.

When will content updates be completed once I send them?

We understand the importance of timely content updates for your website. Our goal is to complete most changes as quickly as possible, typically within the same business day. However, depending on the complexity of the updates or the current workload, it may take up to 3 business days to implement the changes.

If you have time-sensitive updates that require immediate attention, please notify us in advance. We’ll prioritize those updates and work around the necessary schedule to ensure your content is updated promptly.

What if I need more hours of content updates per month?

Not a problem at all! We understand that your website may require more than hours of content updates per month that what is avaialbe in our plans. In such cases, if your requested changes exceed the allocated hours, we will promptly inform you before proceeding with the additional work.

At that point, any content updates beyond the included hours will be charged at our hourly rate. This ensures transparency and allows us to provide you with an accurate cost estimate for the extra time required to complete the updates.

Rest assured that we will always communicate with you in advance regarding any additional charges, giving you the opportunity to approve or modify the scope of the work based on your preferences and budget.

The included hours of content updates do not roll over or accrue if unused within the calendar month. It is designed to provide you with a monthly allocation of dedicated time for content updates.

What are the payment terms?

Our payment terms are straightforward and convenient. You will be billed on a monthly basis for the management services provided during that particular month, you’ll have 7 days from the date of the invoice in which to make payment via EFT. A debit order can also be put in place on request.
