AdSight: the reporting dashboard we built because monthly PDFs aren’t visibility

Every Google Ads client we've ever worked with has asked the same question at some point: "Where is my money actually going?"

The honest answer used to be a monthly PDF report. Twelve pages of charts, screenshots, and jargon, arriving a week after month-end, summarising decisions that had already been made and budget that had already been spent. By the time you finished reading it, the answer didn't matter anymore.

That's not visibility. That's paperwork.

So we built AdSight.

What AdSight is

AdSight is a reporting dashboard that pulls your Google Ads data into one clean view. Spend, performance, conversions, what's working, what isn't — all the numbers from your campaigns, in plain language, updated continuously.

You log in. You see your campaigns. You see what each one cost this week, what it earned, where it ranked, and which way the trend is going. You don't need to know what "impression share" or "quality score" means to understand whether your ads are working — the dashboard tells you in normal English. When you want detail, it's a click away. When you don't, it stays out of your way.

It's not a Google Ads replacement. It sits on top of your existing account and translates what's happening into something you can act on.

Why we built it

We're a small agency. We could afford to send monthly reports. What we couldn't afford was the support time spent every week explaining those reports — what a number meant, why it had changed, whether to worry about it.

The underlying problem was simple: clients wanted visibility, but the tools for delivering it were either too technical (Google Ads itself), too rigid (Google's stock reports), or too slow (PDF deliverables). None of them met clients where they actually were — busy business owners who want to glance at a dashboard between calls and know whether their ad spend is paying off.

We built AdSight to solve that specific problem. It's the dashboard we wished existed.

What it costs

Nothing. AdSight is included free with every Google Ads management package we run.

We didn't build it as a product to sell. We built it as a service we wanted to offer — because clients who can see what's happening with their campaigns are clients who trust the work, ask better questions, and stay longer. That's worth more to us than charging for the dashboard.

If you're managing your own Google Ads and curious whether better visibility would change how you think about your spend — the answer is almost always yes. If you're with another agency and you're not getting weekly performance visibility in plain language, that's worth asking them about.

What it looks like

The view above is the dashboard a typical client sees on login. Campaign performance at the top and day-by-day comparison below. Everything that matters, nothing that doesn't.

Want to see it in action?

If you're considering moving your Google Ads to us, the dashboard comes with the relationship - book a chat and we'll walk through both: the management approach AND the dashboard you'll be using to keep tabs on it.

If you're not in the market for ads management but you're curious about the dashboard itself, we're not currently selling it standalone, but get in touch and let us know what you'd want from it. If enough people ask, we'll consider opening it up.
